Hard truth: You can’t change someone by loving them harder.
Yesterday my boyfriend told me “you’re not any less of a person just because you can do less things” and I wanted to pass that reminder on to other physically and mentally ill/disabled people who might need to hear it.

it drives me crazy how humans are just meant to hold each other. how come when you hold someone’s hand, your fingers just perfectly lock with theirs? how is it that when you hug someone, your face fits just right in the crook of their neck? how can your hands cup someone’s face like that’s their only primary function? it cannot be coincidence that our bodies are fully capable of holding another… we were designed to love
actually sleeping with someone is so nice like waking up in the middle of the night and snuggling closer or lazily giving them a kiss or just feeling their arms around you squeeze slightly even though they’re in a deep sleep or handholding while you both are asleep ugh
that’s that shit I like
